Pinch Valve with Reduction of Size within the Valve Body
Pinch valve with reduction DN 100 / DN 65
KVT has manufactured a pinch valve with a reduction from DN 100 (flange side) to DN 65 (valve passage) for a customer in the chemical industry.
The reduction was necessary in order to optimise the control of pasty materials in the test plant.
- Housing made of stainless steel
- Components in contact with the product made of 1.4404
- Pinch sleeve inner side made of FPM (‘Viton’)
- Flanges DN 100
- Reduction in pinch valve to DN 65 to increase control accuracy
